Our Processing times 

Our orders are processed within 6-8 business days except for holidays such as Black Friday, Christmas, New years. We appreciate your patience while we process your order.

Shipping Policy

• All items are made to order. We will ship all items within 6-8 business days after receiving your order. Once an order has been placed, I will have 8 business days to make your item and get it put in the mail. 
• Local pick up is FREE, however if you do need an item shipped out there will be a shipping cost of $8 per package.

We have a no return policy, which means all sales are final. Please be mindful these are custom orders and made to order. Once order is placed you will not be able to request a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacing Damaged items/issues
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged, defective, wrong item, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, your item will be automatically replaced per your original invoice within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your item to be remade and shipped.
